"Tapper" road in life had many a challenge. Pointed early, then placed into a show home, where somehow "Tapper" managed to break out of her fenced backyard and become a street dog for six weeks on the south side of Chicago, how she survived we will never know.. I spent weeks looking for her. She was spotter on the south side of Chicago from a flyer I had mailed out to hopefully locate her. Her search also involved the local police, fire and trash people of the town to aid in spotting her, with luck and local help, six weeks after she escaped her yard, Tapper was in my truck n her way back home with me. She finish her show title, and then her two obedience titles, earning placement on each qualifying score. She was an exceptional producer, giving us two duals, four with major field wins and eight additional champions. "Tapper" was laid to rest at 15 years of age, and was my beloved Ashly's mother.
